The aircraft was designed to comply with the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale microlight rules. It features a strut-braced high-wing, a two-seats-in-side-by-side configuration enclosed cockpit, fixed tricycle landing gear and a single engine in tractor configuration.

The aircraft is made from aluminum sheet. Its 8.63 m (28.3 ft) span wing has an area of 18.08 m2 (194.6 sq ft) and features large flaps as well as leading edge slots. Standard engines available are the 80 hp (60 kW) Rotax 912UL and the 100 hp (75 kW) Rotax 912ULS four-stroke powerplants.

In 2009 a new faster wing option was introduced that increases the top speed by about 25 km/h (16 mph), while retaining the same low stall speed.
